I'm Jess and I made EarGear :)

I started making these durable coverts as a hobby (and because the plastic ones kept getting stuck in my hair...) and they quickly became popular on set.

 

Bonus = It hugely reduced our need to replace the flimsy plastic coverts and meant people could take them onto the next job!​​
